The plaster is used by ARTE-TYNK TM for making thin-layer plasters on concrete substrates, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates and on plasterboards and gypsum-fiber boards.
The plaster is produced in a white version, intended for painting with ARTE-WOODER coloring impregnation, available in 8 colors.
Perfect for creating a stylized structure of natural wood (using a matrix).

APPLICATION:
ARTE-TYNK TM plaster is used for thin-layer plastering on concrete substrates, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates and on plasterboards, gypsum-fiber boards, etc.
PROPERTIES:
It is a mineral mixture based on white cement and other filling agents as well as carefully selected fractions of appropriate aggregate thickness. Thanks to the addition of appropriate hydrophobic agents, ARTE-TYNK TM is resistant to washing and water.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be stable, load-bearing and free from all types of contamination. Old paint and plaster coatings with insufficient adhesion should be removed and damaged plasters should be repaired. Prime limestone, lime-cement and cement plaster and concrete substrates with ARTE GRUNT TM . The use of Arte-Grunt TM primer significantly strengthens the substrate, reduces its absorbency and facilitates the application of plaster. Fresh, traditional cement, cement-lime and lime plasters used as a base layer should season for a minimum of 21 days.
MORTAR PROPORTIONS:
ARTE-TYNK TM is prepared by pouring the entire contents of the bag into a container with a measured amount of water (approximately 5.25 L for a 25 kg bag) and mixing mechanically until a uniform mass is obtained without lumps. The mortar is ready for use after about 10 minutes and after re-mixing, during which the consistency can be adjusted according to the conditions of use. Ready mortar should be used within 1.5 hours. During work, it is recommended to stir the mortar from time to time to uniform the consistency.
EXECUTION:
Apply the plaster evenly onto the substrate, to a thickness of approximately 4 mm, using a steel trowel held at an angle. Then, make the structure by pressing silicone dies with a wood pattern or other desired pattern. After 3 days from application, the plaster should be stained with ARTE-WOODER coloring impregnation .
