JOKER FARB-AZ is an acrylic facade paint for protective and decorative coatings, intended for use on all load-bearing building substrates made of new materials, as well as for the renovation of old facades. JOKER FARB–AZ creates a durable and aesthetic decorative coating resistant to dirt and weather conditions. The colors of acrylic paints are presented in the ARSANIT color palette.

PROPERTIES:
JOKER FARB-AZ is a paint that covers the painted surface very well, creating a smooth, matte coating, without wrinkles and cracks. The paint is resistant to washing with water and dry wiping. The coating made of JOKER FARB-AZ paint is resistant to crumbling, weathering, precipitation and all types of aggressive ingredients contained in both the substrate and the natural environment.

The paint can be applied to the facade only after the substrate has properly dried. Below you will find instructions on what substrate can be covered with facade paint and when:
- concrete - after 28 days,
- traditional machine plasters - after 14 days,
- thin-layer mineral plasters - after 7 days,
- thin-layer acrylic plasters - after 3 days,
PREPARATION OF THE FACADE FOR PAINTING
Here are some steps you should take before painting your facade.
CLEANING THE FACADE :
Before painting the facade, it should be thoroughly cleaned; the substrate should be dry, stable and free from dust, dirt and grease. Old, loose and cracked paint coatings should be removed. This can be done using a pressure washer or special cleaning agents.
REPAIR OF DAMAGES:
If there are any damages, defects or cracks on the facade, they should be repaired and filled with special RAPID repair compounds:
- ZW-013 MORTAR,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-10,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-20,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-30,
PRIMING:
Before painting the facade, it should be primed with AKRYL GRUNT STRONGER primer . The primer will ensure better adhesion of the paint to the substrate and protect the facade against moisture.
PAINTING:
The facade can be painted with a roller or brush. JOKER FARB-AZ paint is applied from the top of the facade, creating even, overlapping stripes.
PAINT PREPARATION:
The paint is delivered ready to use. Before use, it must be thoroughly mixed to even out the consistency. The paint can be diluted with water.
- 1 painting with maximum 10% water,
- 2 painting with maximum 5% water,
HOW TO USE:
JOKER FARB-AZ paint should be applied to the prepared and dried substrate in a thin and even layer. Painting can be done with a roller, brush or spray method. The paint can be applied once or twice, depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate. In the case of applying the first layer, the so-called primer on structural plasters, we recommend using paint diluted according to the proportions described above. The adopted dilution proportions should be maintained on the entire painted surface. The next layer can be applied after the previous one has completely dried after at least 6 hours, using the "cross" method and maintaining one direction of application for a given layer of paint. Always use undiluted paint for final painting. Technological breaks during painting should be planned in advance, for example in the corners and bends of the building, under downpipes, at the junction of colors, etc. Paint should be applied to the planned surface continuously, avoiding interruptions in work. The painted surface should be protected, both during the work and while the paint is drying, against direct sunlight, wind and precipitation. The drying time of the paint, depending on the substrate, temperature and relative air humidity, is approximately 2 to 6 hours.
