ARTE SUPER FINISH is a high-quality, ready-to-use mass intended for applying finishing coats inside rooms, including those with increased humidity. It is suitable for creating a perfectly smooth layer under acrylic, latex, emulsion paints, etc. It can be successfully used for walls and ceilings with cement-lime plaster, gypsum plaster, or plasterboard.

The mass is intended for application by hand, with a paint roller or by machine.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The substrate should be load-bearing, dry, cleaned and primed with a high-absorbent substrate preparation AKRYL GRUNT STRONGER or UNI-KONTAKT HD, the substrate should be covered with a binding layer, in the case of smooth, non-absorbent walls or ceilings, primed with B-ETON KONTAKT.

STEP 1. Clean the surface from dirt, dust, and any impurities.

STEP 2. Before applying putty, it is necessary to prime the surface with an appropriate primer.

STEP 3. Level the surface with ARTE SUPER FINISH hybrid gel putty, crack-resistant, ensuring a perfectly smooth finish.


PRODUCT PREPARATION:

The plaster is ready to use. When applying with a trowel, do not dilute with water and do not mix with other materials. When applying with a paint roller, you can add a maximum of 1% water to improve the consistency. Mix the contents of the bucket thoroughly before use.


EXECUTION:

Application with a paint roller:

The mass should be applied using a paint roller, spreading it evenly over the surface. Smooth the applied layer using a stainless steel trowel.



Application with a trowel:

The mass should be applied evenly using a stainless steel trowel, pressing it to the surface. The maximum layer thickness of 2 mm should not be exceeded. Work should start from the ceiling, applying the mass in strips in the direction from the window towards the interior of the room, pulling the trowel towards you, while on the walls, apply the mass in the direction from the floor to the ceiling, moving the trowel from the bottom to the top.

Another layer of plaster can be applied to the pre-bonded layer when its surface is matt, which usually happens after about 1 hour at a temperature of +20°C.

After the first layer has hardened, its surface should be moistened with water before application, which will minimize the formation of bubbles during application.


GRINDING:

Manual or mechanical cleaning should be done after the surface is completely dry. It is recommended to use meshes with a gradation of 140 to 240.

The manual specifies the scope of use of the product and the recommended method of performing the work, but cannot replace the professional preparation of the contractor. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product, but has no influence on the conditions and method of its use.

STORAGE:

Storage in a closed container at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C. Opening the packaging can significantly shorten this time.

The production date, product range and production batch number are provided on the packaging.
