ZAPRAWA ZBK-012 SZARA is a thin-layer gray mortar used for building walls made of blocks, shapes and other elements made of aerated concrete and aerated concrete, joint thickness from 2 mm to 8 mm. The mortar is also useful during masonry work for building walls of bricks, hollow bricks and other similar ceramic, concrete or lime-sand materials. The mortar can also be used for leveling and filling surfaces with a layer thickness of approximately 3 mm.
The mortar is frost and water resistant, for indoor and outdoor use.
- used to connect elements with thin welds,

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
ZAPRAWA ZBK-012 SZARA - a thin-layer gray mortar used on clean and dry surfaces of aerated concrete blocks and tiles. When leveling or filling the surface, it should be dry, stable, even and load-bearing. Excessive absorbency of the substrate before filling should be reduced by using AKRYL GRUNT GRUNTEX priming emulsion .
MORTAR PREPARATION:
The mortar is prepared by pouring the dry mixture into a container with 5.50 - 6.25 liters of water and mixing until a uniform mass is obtained. This operation is best performed mechanically, using a drill with a mixer. The mortar is ready for use after 5 minutes and after re-mixing. The prepared mortar should be used within approximately 4 hours.
HOW TO USE:
ZAPRAWA ZBK-012 SZARA - the thin-layer gray mortar should be spread evenly, using a notched trowel, on the surfaces of the aerated concrete blocks, then place the glued element and press it, checking its correct positioning. The joint thickness should be from 2 mm to 8 mm. Full strength of the joint is achieved after 3 days.
TOOLS:
Drill with mixer, notched trowel, trowel, spatula. Tools should be cleaned with clean water immediately after use.
