RAPID CONCRETE RC-30 - fine-grained repair mortar intended for leveling concrete, a special mixture created for repairing concrete surfaces by filling them, smoothing them and giving them an even finish. This mortar is ideal for filling and leveling concrete and reinforced concrete elements, while improving the quality of the substrate. It is easy to use and can be applied with a spatula or other application tools.


Additional advantages of this mortar are:

- Spot application, layer thickness up to 5 mm.


The main ingredients of the RAPID CONCRETE RC-30 repair mortar are cement and minerals, which, after hardening, give the mortar durability and strength. This mortar is characterized by excellent filling properties, enabling easy filling of defects, cracks and irregularities on the concrete surface. Special additives additionally improve the adhesion of the mortar to concrete, which is crucial for effective repair and durable maintenance of the repair layer.



SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The subfloor must be strong and clean, with no loose pieces of concrete or paint. To properly prepare the substrate, it is necessary to clean it mechanically, preferably using pressurized water or abrasive methods. Before applying the repair mortar, the substrate should be moistened with water to obtain a matt and moist surface. In the case of older, damaged substrates with uncertain water absorption, it is recommended to prime the substrate with HYDROGRUNT primer or apply a binding layer of RAPID CONCRETE RC-10 before applying the repair mortar.

MORTAR PREPARATION:

The mortar is supplied ready to use and only requires mixing with approximately 7.5 liters to 7.75 liters of water per 25 kg bag. It is recommended to use a slow-speed mixer to prepare the mortar. Pour about 75% of the required water into the container, add the contents of the bag and mix for about 2 minutes. Then add the remaining 25% of water and continue mixing for another 2 minutes until the expected mortar consistency is achieved.


USE:

Apply the mortar using a metal trowel. The maximum layer thickness in one work cycle should not exceed 5 mm. To obtain a smooth surface, spread the mortar with a plastic trowel while it sets. Avoid applying mortar in direct sunlight or in strong winds. Do not exceed the recommended amount of water given in the technical data sheet to avoid possible discoloration and cracks. Use only on clean and strong surfaces, minimizing the number of exposed areas.


TOOLS:

Tools should be washed with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.



THE STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in a dry place, in closed and undamaged packaging, use within 12 months from the production date.

Protect from moisture.
