Ceramik Ultra C1TE is a cement adhesive with basic adhesion parameters based on cement, a mixture of appropriately selected aggregates and polymer powders. The adhesive with basic parameters also has reduced flow and extended open time. The gel consistency makes the adhesive recommended for application to vertical and horizontal surfaces in conditions up to 30°C.

USE:
Ceramik Ultra C1TE is perfect for installation on typical cement and gypsum substrates. The product can be used in residential and industrial construction:

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be: even, compact, load-bearing, dry, durable, stable, free from dust and other substances that reduce adhesion. In case of large unevenness, level out using putties or self-leveling compounds:
- Rapid ConcreteRC-20, RC-30,
- Self-leveling mortar ZS-014, ZSF-015,
Cementitious substrates with average absorbency do not require priming, only moistening with water to a matt-moist state. Avoid water ponding. Absorbent substrates: Before applying the adhesive, prepare the surfaces with one of Arsanit's primers.
TYPE OF SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

PRODUCT PREPARATION:
Pour the appropriate amount of water into a clean container, pour in the contents of the package and mix with a suitable mixer at a maximum of 500 rpm until obtaining a homogeneous, lump-free, plastic mortar. Wait about 3 minutes and mix again.
Packaging Ceramik Ultra C1TE 25kg, mix in the following proportions:
- consistency that limits runoff (walls) - about 6.5 L of water / 25 kg bag,
- liquid consistency (floors) - about 7.5 L of water / 25 kg bag,
Readiness time of the prepared mortar for work: approximately 3 hours. After this time, the adhesive mortar cannot be reused by adding water or re-mixing with new glue.
EXECUTION:
- For best adhesion, apply the smooth side of the trowel first
spread a thin contact layer on the substrate.
- Then, using a suitable notched trowel, spread the adhesive mortar in one direction as much as possible onto the fresh contact layer. The selection of the trowel depends on the format of the tile and the evenness of the substrate. Use your fingertips to control the drying time of the adhesive mortar.
- Place the tiles on the adhesive mortar with a slight sliding movement, press down and set in the right position.
- For low-load indoor surfaces, it is recommended to cover the surface of the glued tile by at least 70%.
- When gluing tiles outside the building or under intense traffic, e.g. foot traffic, it is recommended to cover the surface of the glued tile 100%.
- Screeds with underfloor heating should be pre-heated before applying tile coverings.
- Apply only the amount of adhesive that can be covered with tiles during the open bonding time of 30 minutes.
- Tiles can be corrected for approximately 10 minutes after laying.
ATTENTION:
Work should be carried out in dry conditions, with air and substrate temperatures ranging from +5°C to +30°C. The applied mortar should be protected against precipitation, direct sunlight and temperatures above +30°C for about 2 weeks. The manufacturer is responsible for the quality of the product, but is not responsible for its specific applications. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Store the product in a dry room in original packaging, at a temperature from +5°C to +30°C. Protect from moisture. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date indicated on the packaging.
