CERAMIK Ultra C2TES1 is a cement adhesive with improved adhesion parameters, created on the basis of cement, a mixture of appropriately selected aggregates and polymer powders. The adhesive also has reduced flow and extended open time, is highly flexible and deformable.
Depending on where the glue will be applied - on vertical or horizontal surfaces - we can adjust its gel consistency to the needs of the substrate by using different amounts of water.
The glue also owes its unique properties to the use of nanotechnology, i.e. nanoporous rather than nanoparticle raw materials. Water in contact with minerals of this type is absorbed in the structure of the fresh adhesive mortar, which allows for full hydration of the cement, regardless of the type of cladding being glued, and for the expansion of the application conditions to a temperature of +30°C.

APPLICATION:
CERAMIK Ultra C2TES1 is perfect for installation on difficult cement and gypsum substrates exposed to unfavorable operating conditions. The product can be used in residential and industrial construction:
- For walls and floors,
- For use under floor and wall heating,
- For gluing stone tiles that are not sensitive to discoloration,
- For indoor and outdoor use,
- For leveling mineral substrates up to 15 mm thick,
- In residential, public and industrial construction, garages, health care facilities.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be: even, compact, load-bearing, dry, durable, stable, free from dust and other substances that reduce adhesion. In case of large unevenness, level out using putties or self-leveling compounds:
- Rapid ConcreteRC-20, RC-30,
- Self-leveling mortar ZS-014, ZSF-015,
Cementitious substrates with average absorbency do not require priming, only moistening with water to a matt-moist state. Avoid water ponding. Absorbent substrates: Before applying the adhesive, prepare the surfaces with one of Arsanit's primers.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:
Pour the appropriate amount of mixing water into a clean vessel. Pour the contents of the package and mix with a suitable mixer at a maximum of 500 rpm until obtaining a homogeneous, lump-free, plastic mortar. Wait about 3 minutes and mix again.
Packaging Ceramik Ultra C2TES1 25kg, mix in the following proportions:
- consistency that limits runoff (walls) - about 7 L of water / 25 kg bag,
- liquid consistency (floors) - about 8 L of water / 25 kg bag,
Readiness time of the prepared mortar for work: approximately 4 hours, after this time the adhesive mortar cannot be reused by adding water or re-mixing with new glue.
EXECUTION:
- To obtain the best adhesion, first spread a thin contact layer on the substrate with the smooth side of the trowel.
- Then spread the adhesive mortar (possibly in one direction) onto the fresh contact layer using a suitable notched trowel. The selection of the trowel depends on the format of the tile and the evenness of the substrate. Use your fingertips to control the skinning time of the adhesive mortar.
- Place the tiles on the adhesive mortar with a slight sliding movement, press down and set in the right position.
- Ultra C2TES1 ceramics should be protected against water for 24 hours and frost and strong sunlight for 7 days after installation.
- If there are no other requirements, ensure that at least 75% of the tile surface is covered with adhesive mortar.
- On balconies, terraces, facades, underfloor and wall heating rooms, in swimming pools and swimming pools, and in the case of tile coverings subject to high mechanical loads and in the case of gluing large-format tiles, it is required to glue at least 95% of the tile surface.
- Screeds with underfloor heating should be pre-heated before applying tile coverings.
- Apply only the amount of adhesive that can be covered with tiles during the open bonding time of 30 minutes.
- Tiles can be corrected for at least 20 minutes after they have been laid.
ATTENTION:
Work should be carried out in dry conditions, with air and substrate temperatures ranging from +5°C to +30°C. The applied mortar should be protected against frost, precipitation, direct sunlight and temperatures above +30°C for a period of approximately 2 weeks.
