FLOORING MORTAR ZP-07 is intended for making floor screeds with a thickness of 20 mm to 60 mm. Used on concrete, cement and anhydrite substrates - in residential and general construction, outside and inside the building.
• For all substrates based on hydraulic binders and insulation,
• Layer thickness: 20 mm / 60 mm,
• After mixing with water, it forms a homogeneous mass,
• Easy to spread,
• High durability,

PROPERTIES:
ZP-07 FLOOR MORTAR is frost and waterproof. The factory-prepared floor mortar mixture is produced on the basis of mineral binders and enriching additives that improve workability and ease of installation.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate for ZP-07 FLOORING MORTAR should be strong, stable, clean of dust, dirt and poorly adhering parts, remnants of old paints, oils, lime and other substances. bitumen and other substances that may weaken the adhesion of the mortar. Moisten the substrate before applying the mortar. Prime absorbent substrates with a primer AKRYL PRIMER STRONGER.
MORTAR PREPARATION:
Pour the contents of the bag (25 kg) into a container with approximately 3.5 liters of water and mix manually or mechanically using a low-speed drill with a mixer until a uniform mixture is obtained.
TOOLS:
A drill with a mixer, a trowel, a smooth steel trowel, a Styrofoam or felt trowel. Tools should be cleaned with clean water immediately after use.
EXECUTION:
Spread the prepared mortar on the substrate between leveled battens or pipes, and then level it by troweling. The minimum thickness of a single layer is 20 mm when combined with the base layer, 35 mm when placed on the separating layer and 40 mm in floating floor structures. Protect the poured floor against too rapid drying, sunlight, low air humidity and drafts. Use (entering) is possible 48 hours after finishing laying the screed.
TECHNICAL DATA:
- Initial setting time approximately 3 to 5 minutes,
- Wear time up to 1 hour,
- Minimum layer thickness - 20 mm,
- Maximum layer thickness - 60 mm,
MIXTURE PROPORTIONS:
approximately 0.14 L of water per 1 kg of mortar,
about 3.5 L of water per 25 kg of mortar,
