JOKERGrunt nanoSN preparation for priming substrates, intended for use on demanding substrates and in situations where the highest parameters of surface preparation before painting are expected nanosilicone JOKERFarb nanoSN. It can be successfully used on all mineral substrates, such as cement-lime plasters, thin-layer mineral plasters, concrete and raw surfaces made of bricks, blocks, ceramic or lime-sand blocks.
This product owes its best properties to the use of two binders with different micro and nanometric particle sizes - thus combining all the advantages of the other primers in the offer:
- Provides excellent penetration into the primed surface,
- Very effective in reducing the absorbency of the substrate,
- Effectively fills cracks and pores, strengthening the structure,
- Significantly improves substrate adhesion,
- Extends the open time for subsequent layers,

PROPERTIES:
This product owes its best properties to the use of two binders with different particle sizes: micro- and nanometric. This combination allows you to achieve effects that were previously impossible to achieve by using only one product.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be even, dry, stable, sufficiently strong and free from layers that may impair adhesion, especially dust, dirt, wax and grease. Old paint coatings and other layers with poor adhesion to the substrate as well as coatings made of dispersion paints should be carefully removed. Damage to the plaster such as cracks, defects and scratches should be repaired and filled.
PREPARATION:
JOKERGrunt nanoSN is produced as a ready-to-use preparation. It must not be diluted or combined with other materials.
TOOLS:
Roller or paint brush. Tools should be washed with clean water immediately after use.
EXECUTION:
JOKERGrunt nanoSN should be applied to the substrate with a roller or brush, creating a thin and even layer. On very absorbent substrates, priming can be repeated transversely (crosswise) to the first layer. The second layer of the preparation can be applied no sooner than 4 hours after the first priming. The drying time of the silicone primer JOKERGrunt nanoSN depends on the type of substrate, temperature and relative air humidity and is approximately 30-40 minutes. Priming the substrate for painting with nano-silicone paints should be done at least 4 hours in advance. When diluting nano-silicone paint, you can add a maximum of 4% of JOKERGrunt nanoSN by volume. You can add a maximum of 0.4 liters of preparation per 10 liter package.

NORMAL CONSUMPTION:
The average consumption of priming emulsion is approximately 0.15 L of the preparation per 1 m2.
In practice, consumption depends on the absorbency of the substrate.
ATTENTION:
Protect your eyes and skin. In case of direct contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
The preparation should be stored in tightly closed packaging, in dry conditions, at a positive temperature.
