JOKERGRUNT-SNZ is a silicone preparation intended for priming substrates for silicone paints and for priming plaster or polymer paint substrates. It is used for priming all mineral substrates, such as cement, cement-lime plasters, thin-layer mineral plasters, concrete and for raw surfaces made of bricks, blocks, hollow bricks and other similar ceramic or lime-sand materials.

PROPERTIES:
The silicone primer JOKERGRUNT-SNZ is produced on the basis of a specially selected organosilicon dispersion. Its action is to strengthen and equalize the absorbency of the substrate and to increase the adhesion of silicone paint to the substrate. The JOKERGRUNT-SNZ layer is transparent and colorless after drying and has hydrophobic properties.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate should be even, dry, stable, sufficiently strong and free from layers that may impair adhesion, especially dust, dirt, wax and grease. Old paint coatings and other layers with poor adhesion to the substrate as well as coatings made of dispersion paints should be carefully removed. Damage to the plaster, e.g. cracks, defects, scratches, should be repaired and filled.
TOOLS:
Roller or paint brush. Tools should be washed with clean water immediately after use.
PREPARATION:
JOKERGrunt-SNZ is produced as a ready-to-use preparation. It must not be diluted or combined with other materials.
EXECUTE:
JOKERGRUNT-SNZ should be applied to the substrate with a roller or brush, creating a thin and even layer. On very absorbent substrates, priming can be repeated transversely (crosswise) to the first layer. The second layer of the preparation can be applied no sooner than 4 hours after the first priming. The drying time of the silicone primer JOKERGRUNT-SNZ depends on the type of substrate, temperature and relative air humidity and is approximately 30-40 minutes. Priming the substrate for painting with silicone paints should be done at least 4 hours in advance. When diluting silicone paint, you can add a maximum of 4% of JOKERGRUNT-SNZ by volume. You can add a maximum of 0.4 liters of preparation per 10 liter package. This information constitutes basic guidelines for the use of the product and does not exempt you from the obligation to perform work in accordance with the principles of construction practice.
NORMAL CONSUMPTION:
The average consumption of priming emulsion is approximately 0.15 L of the preparation per 1/m2.
In practice, consumption depends on the absorbency of the substrate.
ATTENTION:
Protect your eyes and skin. In case of direct contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
The preparation should be stored in tightly closed packaging, in dry conditions, at a positive temperature.
