THERMA+TH-03 GREY - mortar for embedding reinforcing mesh on typical mineral substrates such as bricks, traditional cement or cement-lime plasters, concrete, aerated concrete, but also for making a reinforcing layer. The mortar can be used for filling and filling small holes.

PROPERTIES:
THERMA+ TH-03 adhesive mortar is a dry mixture of high-quality cement, minerals and polymers, which is characterized by high flexibility, increased adhesion, high vapor permeability, high efficiency and is easy and convenient to use. THERMA+ TH-03 adhesive mortar can be used both outside and inside the building.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Consumption: 3.0 to 3.5 kg/m2 (embedding mesh),
- Mixing proportions: 5.0 – 6.0 l of water per 25 kg of mortar,
- Application temperature: +5°C to +28°C,
- Shelf life: 12 months,
- Grey colour,
MIXTURE PROPORTIONS:
Pour the dry adhesive mortar mixture into approximately 5-6L of water and mix thoroughly (manually or mechanically) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The adhesive is ready for use after 5 minutes and re-mixing. The adhesive mortar should be used within 2-3 hours.
EXECUTION:
Work should be carried out at temperatures from +5°C to +28°C. The substrate on which the THERMA+TH-03 adhesive mortar is used should be dry, clean and free from grease, paint residues and other paint coatings. Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with AKRYL GRUNT STRONGER. The reinforced wall is made by spreading the THERMA+TH-03 mortar onto a previously primed substrate using a notched trowel, and then, immediately after applying the glue, apply a fiberglass mesh, fill it and smooth it.
