The 2in1 THERMA+ULTRA-GEL WHITE hybrid adhesive is intended for creating a reinforcing layer and embedding the mesh in the plaster without prior priming. MORTAR PREPARATION:
Pour the contents of the package (25 kg) into approximately 6 L of clean, cold water, stirring intensively until a homogeneous, plastic mass is obtained. The amount of water added depends on weather conditions. The mortar acquires full working properties after 5 minutes and after mixing again just before applying it to the wall. The shelf life of the mortar mixed with water depends on the ambient conditions, but does not exceed 1 hour.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REINFORCED LAYER:
You can start to create the mesh-reinforced layer only after cleaning the wall surface. Apply the glue in an amount that will enable the creation of a reinforced layer with a target thickness of 2.5 to 4 mm, then embed the mesh and level the surface. This operation can also be performed in two steps. Apply the glue in vertical strips starting from the top of the wall, the width of the reinforcing mesh. Then immediately embed the reinforcing mesh by pressing it into the glue with a trowel. In the next stage, apply a leveling layer to completely cover the mesh. Approximately 10 cm of mesh overlap should be used in the places where it is joined.
