JOKER FARB-SIZ is a silicate-silicone paint intended for painting mineral substrates such as cement, cement-lime plasters and thin-layer mineral plasters. It is also used for painting raw surfaces made of concrete, as well as bricks, blocks, hollow bricks and other similar ceramic or lime-sand materials. Thin-layer mineral plasters can be painted with JOKER FARB-SIZ silicate-silicone paint already on the third day after their application. The paint is also suitable for renovation painting of surfaces previously covered with paint. The paint can be used outside and inside buildings.
- high degree of vapor permeability (breathable),
- highly durable and resistant to damage,
- exceptionally strong anchoring in the surface pores,
- self-cleaning effect of the paint coating,
- high resistance to chalking,
- highly resistant to the development of algae and fungi,
- white or 365 colors,
- resistant to weather conditions,
- used outside and inside buildings,
PROPERTIES:
JOKER FARB-SIZ is the latest generation of silicate paint, made on the basis of water glass with the addition of high-quality chemicals. JOKER FARB-SIZ paint penetrates deep into the substrate, creating a matte, smooth coating, without wrinkles and cracks, resistant to dirt, algae and fungi. It is vapor permeable, ensuring free transport of water vapor and release of moisture through the substrate on which the paint is applied. The paint perfectly protects the painted facade against moisture penetrating from the outside. JOKER FARB-SIZ has very good covering properties and is resistant to weathering, precipitation and all types of aggressive ingredients contained in both the substrate and the natural environment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Consumption: 0.30 L / m2 (when painting twice),
- Gloss level: matte,
- Application temperature: +5°C to +28°C,
- Drying time: 2 to 6 hours,
- Application method: hand / machine spraying,
- Shelf life: 12 months,

PREPARATION OF THE FACADE FOR PAINTING
Before painting the facade, it should be thoroughly cleaned; the substrate should be dry, stable and free from dust, dirt and grease. Old, loose and cracked paint coatings should be removed. This can be done using a pressure washer or special cleaning agents.
REPAIR OF DAMAGES:
If there are any damages, defects or cracks on the facade, they should be repaired and filled with special RAPID repair compounds:
- ZW-013 MORTAR,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-10,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-20,
- RAPID CONCRETE RC-30,
PRIMING:
Before painting the facade, it should be primed with AKRYL GRUNT GRUNTEX primer. The primer will ensure better adhesion of the paint to the substrate and protect the facade against moisture.
PAINTING:
The facade can be painted with a roller or brush. JOKER FARB-SIZ paint is applied from the top of the facade, creating even, overlapping stripes.
PAINT PREPARATION:
JOKER FARB-SIZ silicate-silicone paint is delivered ready to use. After opening the bucket, the contents should be thoroughly mixed to even out the color. The paint can be diluted when working at substrate or ambient temperatures close to the maximum allowable temperature of +25°C / +28°C. For dilution, use AKRYL GRUNT GRUNTEX. You can add a maximum of 0.5 liters of preparation per 10 liter package. The adopted dilution proportions should be maintained on the entire painted surface. For final painting, use undiluted paint.
TOOLS:
Brush, paint roller or machine. Tools should be washed with clean water immediately after use.
HOW TO USE:
Apply a thin, even layer of JOKER FARB-SIZ paint onto the prepared and primed substrate . Painting can be done with a roller, brush or spray method, once or twice, depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate.
Technological breaks during painting should be planned in advance, for example in the corners and bends of the building, under downpipes, at the junction of colors, etc. Paint should be applied to the planned surface continuously, avoiding interruptions in work. The painted surface should be protected, both during the work and while the paint is drying, against direct sunlight, wind and precipitation. The drying time of the paint, depending on the substrate, temperature and air humidity, is approximately 2 to 6 hours.
