ZAPRAWA ZMK-018 - clinker masonry mortar is a ready-made dry mixture of cement, quartz sand, pigments and additives improving the properties of the mortar. It has very good adhesion to elements with low water absorption. Mixed with water, the mortar is easy to use and is very efficient, frost and water resistant.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Clinker mortar can be used on even, durable and dry surfaces that should be clean and the setting and settling processes should be completed. Using bricks with low water absorption ensures the best results.
MORTAR PREPARATION:
The mortar is prepared by pouring the mixture into a container with a measured amount of water in the proportion of 3.5 L - 4.0 L of water per 25 kg of dry mixture and mixing until a uniform mass is obtained. The mortar is ready for use after waiting 5 minutes (drying period) and mixing again. It retains its properties for about 2 hours.
TOOLS:
Concrete mixer or drill with mixer, trowel or steel trowel. Tools should be cleaned with clean water immediately after use.
EXECUTION:
Apply the mortar with a trowel and remove the excess after leveling. Smooth the joints using a joint trowel or other similar tool. Due to the use of pigments, work with due care and immediately wash dirty surfaces clean with water. Protect the joint plaster from sun, wind and rain until it is fully hardened. Substrate temperature during application from +5°C to +28°C.
WEAR NORMS:
Approximately 14 liters of mass are obtained from a 25 kg bag. To build 1 m2 of a 12 cm thick wall made of bricks with traditional dimensions, on average about 34 kg of mortar is used for a joint thickness of 1 cm and about 40 kg of mortar for a joint thickness of 1.2 cm.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The manual specifies the scope of use of the product and the recommended method of performing the work, but cannot replace the professional preparation of the contractor. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product, but has no influence on the conditions and method of its use.
ATTENTION:
The mortar contains cement. Protect eyes and skin. If the eye is blocked, rinse with plenty of water.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
The mortar should be transported and stored in tightly closed bags, in dry conditions, preferably on pallets.
Protect from moisture.

12 months from the production date indicated on the packaging.
