ZAPRAWA ZT-05 is a ready-made plaster mortar intended for manual plastering on substrates made of brick, aerated concrete, concrete and other ceramic materials. ZAPRAWA ZT-05 - mortar produced on the basis of cement and the highest quality minerals, is very convenient, easy to use and very efficient. Mortar recommended in residential construction and for renovation, construction and finishing works, intended for finishing wall surfaces or for preparing the substrate for gypsum plasters and acrylic plasters.
MIXTURE PROPORTIONS:
ZAPRAWA ZT-05 - mortar is prepared by pouring the mixture into a container with a measured amount of water in the proportion of 4.0 liters of water per 25 kg of dry mixture and mixing until a uniform consistency is obtained. The mortar should be used within 4-5 hours.
EXECUTION:
Work should be carried out at temperatures from +5°C to +28°C. The surface on which ZAPRAWA ZT-05 is applied should be clean, free from oil, grease, wax, paint residues and other paint coatings. ZAPRAWA ZT-05 should be applied using a trowel. The layer thickness should not exceed 30 mm. After applying the mortar, start troweling. The finishing method depends on the finishing category. Remember to wet the substrate before plastering.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The instructions define the scope of use of the product and the method of performing the work, but cannot replace the professional preparation of the contractor. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product, but has no influence on the conditions and method of its use.
ATTENTION:
The mortar contains cement, with water it gives an alkaline reaction. Protect eyes and skin.
If the eye is blocked, rinse with plenty of water.
STORAGE:
Store in the original closed packaging in a dry room on pallets.
